While on a Mediterranean cruise in April 2018, the Diva Den was born. Growing up in small-town Wisconsin, I always dreamed of exploring the world and helping others break out of their own small town mentalities. I never expected to run a successful business, but my experiences in college and studying abroad opened my eyes to the need for sexual wellness education. As my business flourished, I became passionate about advocating for women’s sexual health, mental well-being, and healthy relationships.

Q: Is there a warranty/return policy on your products?

At Donna’s Diva Den, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
Lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.
All other products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
Items must include all original parts, cords, controls, and accessories (if applicable).
Due to the intimate nature of our products, once an item has been opened, it is considered used and is non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and staff.
Product Warranty
Select products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects or material issues that impact functionality. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect. Improper toy care is considered neglect, toys needs to cleaned only with water and Cleansing Mist and must be stored in Antibacterial Storage Toy Totes. Tampering with the product will void the warranty.
Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased directly from Donna’s Diva Den must be returned through us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount. We do not offer refunds.
Free gift items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Defective item claims are subject to review. If deemed user error, the return may be denied.
For return inquiries, please contact us directly before sending back any items. Your order number, email and full name is required to process a return request. Please log into your account to start the process.

A: No, you can order right here on this site 24/7 or you can directly contact Donna.
Q: Is Pure Romance an MLM?
A: NO, Pure Romance left the MLM business model in April of 2023.
There are no longer teams, recruiting requirements, party requirements, sales minimums, etc.
Q: Is there a fee to start Pure Romance?
A: NO, In 2024 Affiliates can start Pure Romance for NO COST and orders drop-ship from one of our US-based warehouses within 2-5 days! Many products list ingredients such as beeswax, lanolin, etc however these are synthetic
