Due to the intimate nature of the products sold at donnasdivaden.com, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items. Once the order has been placed it is packed for shipment and can no longer be changed.

Product Warranty

Most motorized bedroom accessories come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering any defects. If a manufacturer does not offer a warranty, I personally provide a complimentary 30-day warranty to ensure your purchase is fully protected.  This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.  Improper toy care is considered neglect; toys need to be cleaned only with water and Cleansing Mist and must be stored in Antibacterial Storage Toy Totes. Tampering with the product will void the warranty.

• Defective item claims are subject to review. If deemed user error, the return may be denied.
