Natural butters are heat sensitive, and may melt in travel. They can also lose some of their whipped consistency. The “fix” for this is to put them in the fridge right away until they are back in a solid state, then keep them stored at room temperature. Melting won’t affect their effectiveness or nutrient value

Orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks, so please don’t worry if it takes a little longer than expected. If you’re in a rush or need something by a certain date, just reach out—I’ll do everything I can to make it happen!

Keep in mind, I'm not a giant corporation—just a one-woman operation fueled by passion and drive. While I carry a great selection on hand, some items may need to be ordered from our warehouse before they ship.

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

• Lingerie is NOT returnable at this time.
• All other products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
• Items must include all original parts, cords, controls, and accessories (if applicable).
• All returns are at your own return cost.
• There is a 15% restocking fee.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return. 

Due to the intimate nature of our products, once an item has been opened, it is considered used and is non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and staff.
