Orders typically ship within a few days but can take 2–3 weeks (especially if they contain the hand made Liberator Furniture), so please don’t worry if it takes a little longer than expected. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- Lingerie is NOT returnable at this time.
- All other products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
- Items must include all original parts, cords, controls, and accessories (if applicable).
- All returns are at your own return cost.
- There is a 15% restocking fee.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
